Trail St café are almost an institution in Wagga. They have operated since 1999. Wagga Catering Equipment has a long business relationship with Trail St. We have worked with their team over the years to design and supply their kitchen, supply display cabinets, supply their coffee machine and also supply their custom Biopak takeaway cups.
Thorne Street Cafe // New Rancillio Coffee Machine
Thorne St café recently purchased a new Rancilio RS1 3 group coffee machine, and we also supply their Biopak custom takeaway cups. Located opposite Wagga’s Collins Park, Thorne St is a busy local café.
Pastorale by Meccanico // Kitchen Design
Lovers of fine things in life, Pastorale are influenced by the simplicity and generosity of Mediterranean hospitality. Wagga Catering Equipment worked with the owners and chefs, to design, supply and install the kitchen for this new Restaurant in Wagga. Including the charcoal Mibrasa oven, and Convotherm Combination oven, and a full Waldorf lineup. Wagga Catering Equipment continue to supply smallwares to Pastorale, including cutlery, crockery and glassware. It is an ongoing relationship.
Whitton Malthouse // Kitchen Design
Based in Whitton, New South Wales, the Whitton Malt House is proud to take you on a journey from the farm gate and across the malting process to enjoy some of the finest products in Australia. Wagga Catering Equipment met the directors on site when the idea was in its early stages. We designed and supplied a kitchen to cater for up to 500 customers a day. Items supplied include 2 Merrychef Speed ovens, Convotherm double stack oven, custom stainless island benches, and front of house equipment. We also supplied all the kitchen utensils, pots, pans, shelving and storage supplies.
